We are looking for individuals who:
Are great at problem-solving and analyzing data to identify challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Support the digital strategy and other stakeholders’ initiatives with your analytics expertise.
- Track, monitor and collect web traffic data and provide detailed analysis, insights and recommendations.
- Create and manage UTM tracking across multiple ad platforms.
- Use tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce to analyse advertising effectiveness. Implement custom tracking as needed.
- Create and update reports and dashboards on an ongoing basis to identify best ad combinations.
- Guide and educate non-technical personnel regarding best practices on tagging and using reports.
What You Should Already Have:
- 2 years of experience utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, SQL and scripting
- Experience analyzing campaigns with six to seven figure monthly ad budgets
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required
- Results-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
