What You’ll be Doing:

  • Support the company’s efforts to define, collect and analyze user data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify, create and generate actionable reports on time and scheduled
  • Working with Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target and other tracking platforms
  • Building & evolving attribution models
  • Managing data delivered by multiple ad platforms
  • Identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in advertising campaigns
  • Generating new ad ideas to enhance results like A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Create action plan for deep tracking (UTM or other) across multiple ad platforms
  • Building and evolving user profiles; unifying user data into a single profile with multiple devices for ad serving cost savings
  • Building and evolving audience groups; identifying and grouping common users into audiences to include, exclude, run unique ads to, etc… Help get us move closer to the “right message to the right person at the right time”
  • Keeping up to date with best practices and standards in Analytics and Data Management

What You Should Already Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience successfully managing Analytics
  • Experience analyzing campaigns with six to seven figure monthly ad budgets
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required
  • Resulted-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
