Position Hours:

Full-time position

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Working with Google AdWords and Bing (campaign creation, management, analysis and reporting)
  • Collecting/analyzing data, executing tests, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics for SEM initiatives and campaigns
  • Creating, categorizing and refining keywords to implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
  • Generating new ad ideas to enhance results
  • Researching and analyzing competitors
  • Keeping up to date with best practices and standards in the SEM industry

What You Should Already Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing successful Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Campaigns
  • Experience managing nationwide campaigns with six figure monthly ad budgets
  • Experience managing lead generation or direct response campaigns
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Google Analytics
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required
  • Result-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
