What You’ll be Doing:

  • Can lead, develop and manage a programmatic ad buying strategy
  • Have a strong understanding of major technology-driven changes and trends affecting the media and advertising industries, and deep knowledge of the digital media-buying ecosystem
  • Have the ability to work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast paced environment
  • Have the desire to achieve, attention to detail, are highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Can identify and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely matter
  • Are great at analyzing data to identify challenges and opportunities, make recommendations and implement action plans to enhance results
  • Have the ability to create reports that summarize ad campaign outcomes, and provide recommendations based on the data
  • Have managed multi-million dollar ad campaigns
  • Great work ethic; you’re not satisfied until the work is done

What You Should Already Have:

  • Deep knowledge of ad serving logic and various ad serving solutions with the ability to drive programmatic thought-leadership internally
  • Experience in Display and/or Programmatic Ad Buying; working with DSP’s, SSP’s, RTB platforms, and Ad Exchanges. Platforms like Doubleclick Bid Manager, Google Display, AppNexus, MediaMath, Turn, The Trade Desk, etc…
  • 3+ years of managing online display campaigns experience – at minimum – a solid understanding of online display advertising concepts, media planning, rate negotiation, online advertising technology concepts, performance media platforms and experience with data targeting, profile targeting and display advertising direct response
