Position Hours:

Full-time position

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Leads the company’s efforts to define, collect and analyze user data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Working with Google Analytics and other tracking platforms to configure it to capture identified metrics and track results
  • Collecting/analyzing data delivered by multiple ad platforms, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in advertising campaigns
  • Create and generate actionable reports on schedule
  • Generating new ad ideas to enhance results like A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Create action plan for deep tracking (UTM or other) across multiple ad platforms
  • Create user profiles in Analytics to identify and action on desired audience
  • Researching and analyzing competitors
  • Keeping up to date with best practices and standards in Analytics and Data Management

What You Should Already Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience successfully managing Analytics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Google Analytics
  • Experience analyzing campaigns with six to seven figure monthly ad budgets
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent an asset, but not required
  • Result-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
