    Are you a loan broker?

    Not quite. We connect our customers with programs that specialize in helping people who are facing bad or no credit situations. This way our customers are able to purchase the vehicle they need, but it would be our partner handling all aspects of the financing.

    What kind of information do you need?

    We only ask for the information that we need to help you find an approval. By knowing your location and a bit about your financial circumstance we are able to determine which partner will have the highest chance of finding you an approval.

    Can this build my credit?

    It is important to confirm this with your finance provider, but usually when you purchase a vehicle your payments are reported to the credit bureau. If all payments are made promptly and on time, a vehicle purchase can hold the potential to help repair your credit.

    How much can I get pre-approved for?

    The amount that you will get pre-approved for depends on several factors. Once you apply, the specialist dedicated to your account will get in contact with you to work towards matching you with the right vehicle that fits within your monthly budget.

    Where is your office located?

    Our HQ is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, but we work with over 300 dealership locations from coast to coast. We provide our services to every province and territory in Canada, and it is more than likely that we have partners located near you.

    How long does the process take?

    Filling out an application will take approximately two minutes. After that, you will hear back from one of our dealership partners within 24 hours. In an instance where we have received your application during an extremely busy time, it may take up to 48 hours for you to hear back.

    Do you take trade ins?

    We are always happy to work with trade ins, even if you still owe money on your vehicle. Also, there are many instances where we are able to use your trade in as a down payment to help lower your monthly payments.

    What are your Terms and Conditions?

  • What are your minimum requirements?

    Our minimum requirements are that you are the age of majority in the province that you reside in, and that you are a permanent resident in Canada. Other than that, we are happy to accept applications from people in all types of financial circumstances.

    Do I need a down payment?

    A down payment will not always be required, though it is often a great way of lowering your payments and helping to pay off your vehicle faster.

    Do I have to do a credit check?

    Yes, a credit check will be a necessary part of the approval process.

    Am I going to need a cosigner?

    We are usually able to help our customers without a cosigner. However, whether or not someone will need a cosigner will depend on the information from their entire application. Applying is free and holds no obligation to make a purchase, so it does not hurt to find out what your options would be.

    Am I obligated to purchase a vehicle if I apply?

    No. When our dealership partner initially gets in contact with you, the intent is to inform you of what your options are. From there, you are able to make an informed decision upon whether you would like to make a vehicle purchase.

    I’m in (or have been in) bankruptcy. Can you help me?

    Yes, we have definitely helped people in this circumstance. When you apply with us, we are able to match you with a partner that has specific programs dedicated towards assisting anyone going through bankruptcy. The process of acquiring a vehicle may take a little extra time because our partner would require some information from your trustee, but we are usually able to provide our customers with great options.

    Do you help people receiving income assistance?

    We definitely do. While your chances of finding an approval might be a little more limited, we are always happy to work to provide you with more options.

  • Where can I view your vehicles?

    Our network includes hundreds of dealers from across the country, so we are unable to direct you to a single inventory since we have access to so many! Our service is designed to connect you with the dealer that can best meet your needs based on your location, budget, and the type of vehicle you are looking for. Once you have completed our application and we have connected you with the best dealership in your area, you will be able to view their inventory and pick a vehicle that works for you. We can however show you a sample inventory of the types of vehicles our dealer partners often carry here.

    I saw a sample payment online. How can I see the total price?

    The vehicles we advertise are displayed for example purposes, although the images that we show are usually instances of cars, trucks, and SUVs that we have either helped our customers receive, or are located within one of our partner’s inventories.

    What types of vehicles do you help your customers find?

    All types! Trucks, cars, SUVs, you name it. Visit our inventory page to view a sample of the type of vehicles our dealer partners often carry.

    What are the interest rates?

    We don’t maintain average rates because we don’t provide the financing ourselves. Typically, the interest rate will be determined by a number of factors, including the amount financed, the term, and the exact approval that each person qualifies for.

    The length of the term often boils down to whether you would like to have a longer length of time, or a shorter one so that you can pay your loan off sooner.
